Once the quote is accepted, a formal PDF document will be provided, including the detailed proposal and all relevant information.
To proceed, you will be required to provide the necessary details for invoicing and delivery.

Payment can be made via MB WAY, PayPal, or bank transfer. The relevant details will be provided upon confirmation.
Your order will be processed upon confirmation of payment and issuance of the corresponding receipt.

4. Delivery Options
Local collection is available in the areas of Torres Vedras, Lourinhã, or Mafra.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive only the digital file, with no physical print included.
5. Estimated Delivery Time – Mainland Portugal
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the type of service, requested product, and workload.
Estimated timeframes:
3 weeks – Framed prints
4 weeks – Photo restoration or image editing
4 to 8 weeks – Heavily damaged photo restorations
6. Print Quality
Slight colour variations may occur between on-screen viewing and the final product due to differences in display devices and printing processes.
All prints are produced to high-quality standards, aiming to ensure the closest possible colour accuracy.
7. Returns
In accordance with European legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the relevant invoice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted for made-to-order or clearly personalised products, including photo restoration and image editing services.
