Permitted uses after buying the image and billing

1. Any use approved in writing.

Restricted Uses

1. Prohibition of unlawful use such as for pornographic purposes, defamatory, racist, or other unlawful purposes.
2. Prohibition of resale or licensing images,
3. Prohibition of using in products for resale (canvas, posters, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, etc.)
4. Prohibition of creating design models.
5. Registration of trademarks or logos.
6. Prohibition of providing for download.

Each image will be licensed and given a number referring to the usage in order to ensure the authenticity and authorization to the author, the company that develops the work and the client.

The rights are untransferable and non-sublicensable.

For editorial purposes must be included “Paulo P. Pereira^®” in the credits.

The sale of unauthorized usurped or counterfeited or illegal copies violates the Portuguese Law in force under the Código do Direito de Autor e dos Direitos Conexos (CDADC).

It is considered counterfeited both the copy as the entire work. The unauthorized copy of my works, full or partial, is typified as counterfeit crime according to the CDADC, under which criminal proceedings may be instituted.
